Registrations via this form must be made at least 2 working days before the start of work, as the registration must be completed by us one working day before the start of work. We will be happy to help you fill out the form by telephone!

You will be informed automatically by e-mail whether the notification has been successfully sent to us via the portal.

If you have not received a confirmation of registration from us by 15:00 on the day before you start work, please call our office, as the devil never sleeps.

If you have missed the deadline for registration, you can carry out a provisional direct registration yourself before your employee starts work.

Every employee must be registered BEFORE starting work!

If this has to be done outside our office opening hours, there are possibilities.

  • of a full registration via ELDA by yourself
    or
  • of an on-site registration by
    • telephone (050766-1460) or
    • Fax (050766-1461) only in exceptional cases (no IT equipment or no Internet access)

Please send the personal data to your TREUHAND-UNION payroll office immediately. The FULL REGISTRATION must be completed within 7 days!

In the case of direct registration, we require immediately a copy of the completed registration, followed by the fully completed TU registration form, so that the address registration can be completed in good time.

Underpayment constitutes a criminal offense of wage and social dumping and can result in substantial fines. We would like to point out that we cannot check a priori whether employees are paid in accordance with the minimum wages stipulated in the collective agreement. We can only forward registrations on time if we receive them in good time during our office opening hours.
